When do I play the current and when do I play the shifts?
At Charleston Race Week, the J24 course was tucked under downtown Charleston which made for beautiful scenery on the race course and challenging conditions for the racing fleet. That area of Charleston Harbor is where there are 3 rivers meeting in one spmore >>
